We have been using Bug Man for a couple of years now. Let me start by saying our tech has never been anything but nice and professional. We signed a one year contract which I had previously confirmed with the office was over. On July 24 the technician came out and sprayed while I was out of town for work after I requested that they not come. The visit prior to that, our dog became very ill that same night, and we almost lost her. I was going to call and discuss once I got back from convention. I wasn’t given that chance. I sent the copy of the email where I requested they not come after they billed me and let them know I wouldn’t be paying for a service that I did not approve. Instead they had the audacity to leave me a message offering a discount on my NEXT service. Imagine my surprise when fast forward to today, they came AGAIN after all of this and left me an invoice for both this service AND the service prior. Funny, I didn’t get an email prior to this visit telling me they were coming. Because I obviously would have told her no.Business response
