This company has staked my property 3 times. The reason for repeated staking is because neighbors on each side of me fails to see the importance of the stakes. One neighbor deliberately moves them. My complaint is that the company will not send me the requested information that was told to me when the property was staked. Two fences are on my property line and the other one is over. Repeated calls for this information in writing. I have paid this company for the work performed. What is their problem in getting this information to me in writing.?Business response

Ms. **** ******* has hired us to stake her property in both 2019 and 2021. In both cases we were hired to stake the property and not provide any mapping. In July of 2021 we staked the property after her neighbor had constructed a fence. It is our opinion that we have staked the property correctly. Additionally, we have explained to her several times that we do not provide mapping for this service. In fact, she has hired us to stake another property and did not receive anything in writing nor a map in that case and is satisfied with that staking. Furthermore, she did not recieve anything in 2019 for this property and was satisfied with that staking.Ms. **** ******* has called our office and come to our office more times than we can record. She has explained her neighbors have pulled stakes or moved stakes. We have re-visited her property with the expectation to find stakes moved and they appear to be in the same locations we have originally placed them. Our Survey Manager has also visited her property to meet with her and walk the property to define what we have done. All of these additional trips have been without additional compensation and outside of our original scope of work in an effort to provide customer service. She has recently been asking for something in writing after being told we do not typically do that; however, considering her compliant, we have mailed her a letter dated April 27, 2022 explaining what we have done for her which is attached. Please understand we have done everything we know to do for her based on her original request for work. It should also be understood that it took over 90 days to be paid for the original staking from July 2021. She has not been easy to deal with.
