Sold wrong product and will not consider fixing the problem. Claims I sighed a release form but did not go ever it with me. The fine print on the bottom releases them from a claim. Dealing with elderly people the like in my case are hearing impaired and not the best eye site either. And there are no boxes to initial next to the statement. Please pay and sign on the bottom. I just thought I was acknowledging taking the product out the door. They even gave me a credit from TWO years prior for the same wrong product. Even the emailed copy (attached) is difficult to read for me. The product as the awesome tech **** will agree you do not know if the insert is ok until they are worn. The time lapse was due mostly by them as the original tech left and took time to replace. Also I had abdominal surgery and took awhile to recover. I can vouch for it taking longer to recover for the older people. That is the main reason ******* in accounting said flat out she will not help, even after explaining the above.Business response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.All below can be addressed without violating the Federal privacy act. This can be addressed in the same manner as if I owed money.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED!!!******* ****** did NOT addressed in the response!Regrettably ******* ****** has no regard for quality of health or quality of life, as without proper inserts I am bound to a wheelchair.As informed by ******* ****** she is in accounting and is the person I talked to on this subject.Is ******* ****** in customer service also? Is ******* ****** a qualified technician on this subject? Does ******* ****** know I received an RX from a orthopedic surgeon for these inserts? Can ******* ****** read and follow directions from a orthopedic surgeon?******* ****** informed me that there is no person above her including an owner??? They must receive many complaints as they have a form letter prepared for this.? I checked the BBB box releasing health information regarding this issue. ?? I waive my health information concerning the product provided by Virginia Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc.
