My 3 kids and I had ordered 4 blizzards. When the employee at the drive thru window received the 4th blizzard from the employee who made it, I witnessed her, take her gross dirty naked finger and wipe the ice cream off the top of the cup. Then she took that same finger and wiped the mess she made off on her pants. She then proceeded to hand me my blizzard. She did not know I saw the disgusting thing she had just done to my food because she was trying to hide her actions behind the tiny wall. I was absolutely disgusted and so were my kids. I have filed a complaint with the health department as well. Food handlers should never put their hand INDIDE someone’s food with naked fingers and then proceed to deliver it, no matter how busy they are.Business response
