I ordered a sign for the front of my business. It arrived weeks after it was promised, arrived damaged and was installed in stages so my business had no signage for a period of time. This entire transaction has been problematic. Even though the initial damage was repaired, now the paint is peeling off the sign posts and the letters have dirt running down from each letter on the sign. I have contacted the business and requested repair or replacement and have no response. This sign is extremely poor quality and a bad reflection of the business I have spend 20 years building. I would like this sign replaced.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does so and results are acceptable, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, *** **********
