      We discontinued the use of several linen items recently. However, Alsco continues to bill us for these items even though they are not delivering them and the items are not listed on our contract. They also attempted to bill us almost $1600 in "loss fees" when we stopped one item. They have since removed that charge from our account as they know we are not contractually obligated to continue receiving these items nor are we responsible for "loss fees". They are currently billing us $532.75 (before service fees & taxes) per week for items we no longer receive. I have emailed and phoned the company multiple times. I never receive a reply to an email or phone message. We are asking that the items in question be removed from all May & June invoices and all future invoices and that we not be charged any so-called "loss fees".

      Alsco has made a substantial investment in products in order to accomodate this customers request. With that being said, we have chosen to remove all charges that have been listed by customer. This has been communicated to the customer by our Accounts Receivable team and the issue is addressed.

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There are still items (isolation gowns) listed on the invoices that I have mentioned from the beginning of this issue. Last week, when **** called about the removal of the blue jackets I mentioned the isolation gowns. She was going to check on that but I have not heard back on that matter. Regards, NRV Oral Surgery

       My name is **** ***** and I am the new General Manager for Alsco in ******** **. In response to the complaint filed, I have reviewed all correspondence regarding this situation and have come to the conclusion that Alsco should have handled this in a more professional manner. I have left two messages for Ms. ********* as I would like to discuss the entire situation and offer my apologies for the way that it was handled. All invoices that were charged in error where issued credits to remove the over charges for the gowns. Again, on behalf of Alsco I want to offer an apology to Ms. ********* and her staff for the way it was handled.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I am very pleased with the outcome of this complaint. I have spoken with **** at Alsco and his apology was sincere and I feel that necessary changes have been made to continue doing business with Alsco.       ALSCO is absolutely terrible. We have been getting billed incorrectly for over 6 months for linens we didn't order. New invoices show up after they have promised to be fixed and we cannot pay the bill until it is corrected. There is a MOUND of dirty linens here the size of a small room that no one will pick up. The main problem now is that we are a rental facility. They have missed our last two deliveries and we are waiting on a third that is yet to arrive for an event tomorrow and next week. We have called every day for three weeks, left multiple messages for the service manager or ANYONE to call and let us know what is happening and no response. Our clients are being let down for big events such as memorial services and weddings and it is just unacceptable business practice. We need a resolution because this company cares nothing about its customers and the community we serve. There is no other linen company we could use, or we would. It is painful to have to do business with these people.
