Parker Rose custom homes was hired in May 2021 to construct a new home for me and my spouse. We were advised that Upon signing the contract they would work with us to finalize the house plans and be provide a 3D rendering and video walkthrough. We mention a number of times we wanted he 3D rendering and walk through. However, the 3D rendering was not provided until November 2021, due to there own set backs. Numerous attempts for us to accept a lesser form of rendering were made. In late October 2021 I had discussed letting them go for not meeting there promise to us, as well as, there quotes not making sense (cost associated) A 3D rendering was finally received mid Nov. In early December 2021 we were given a new quote of $651,000 and was told it Incorporated all changes to date. In Jan 2022 we received a quote which was supposed to of incorporated all the recent changes. We received documents requesting signature to begin. Construction, however in looking through the new quote it did not incorporate any of changes and the floor plan sent to use conveniently had the additional square footage not depicted. I believe this was in a effort to get us to sign for something that was not complete. I then made an I made a request to get my permits (well, septic etc) which prompted a call from Mr.*******. At which point he begin to yell and raise his voice causing an exchange of words between myself and **** After the incident we were then given a new quote in the amount of $805,000, this new quote then encompassed changes that were made that were already supposed to have been included, they also raised there base price. Me and my wife decided to cancel the contract per the cancellation policy of the contract. We then attempted to get our deposit of $7,000 back which was refused do to the work they had done. We requested an itemized list of billable items (not received) They continue to refuse any form refund. Which per there contract we are authorized
