Ever since Little Caesars moved to Sparton Square in Salem VA they have picked and chose when they would be open ... some days they open at 11am and some days it's 2pm and sometimes they don't open at all for the day. When you call and actually get someone on the phone, they insist they are open every day for normal operating hours, however this is not the case ... when you pull up all you get is a handwritten note indicating different hours or even worse, they will just not be open for the day. If a business cannot operate any better than this, then in my opinion they should just close. It is very frustrating and disappointing as a customer to come to and or rely on such a big and well know franchise that cannot hold up their end of the bargain. Good morning Ms. ********, I wanted to take a moment and first apologize for the inconvenience the store hours in Salem have cause you. We are working toward being able to be open our regular hours (11 am until 9 pm) on a daily basis. The covid pandemic hit hard in this area and we were struggling to keep this store staffed. There is light at the end of the tunnel and we are working towards it now. We appreciate your business and are truly upset that we have not been available to you when you needed us to be. I would like to offer you a couple free pizzas for your inconvenience and ask you to please bear with us. We, as much as our customers, would like to be open and fully staffed to help you. Again, we are sorry to have disappointed you and are working hard to fix the issues.
