I had Blake as my drain technician and he was absolutely wonderful! He walked me through ever step and what we wanted to see and what we didn't want to see. He was polite, informative, and funny! I was very pleased with the service I received from Ricardo and Patrick repairing an electrical line to our outside lights. They were prompt, courteous, professional and took time to show me the problem and how they would fix it. They also took time to help me figure out the solution for another problem for which I was very grateful! Wisler electric techs spent 2 days bringing my dock up to par. As usual, Wisler techs are the best at both electric and plumbing work. The costs are up front, the work is very professional, and the techs are not only good at their job, but personable as well. They handle the administrative paperwork efficiently and give an aura of professionalism. I'm a fan of Wisler, both electric and plumbing, and I don't think you can get a better job from anyone else in this area. Millie came to my house to check on an issue with my water softener system. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and kind since I made the mistake of not understanding the system. She took time to look at the whole system and explain the operation to put my mind at ease. Shane ****** came to my home for the 2nd time today, interspersed by a couple of months. It's a pleasure to have him to do my electrical work because he has a lot of experience (passed down from his father) and does a terrific job . . . even with issues he's not totally familiar with. Moreover, he comes across as an impressive representative of Wisler, very personable, easy going, and works well with the customer. Wisler may have better electricians, but there couldn't be very many who are more effective than Shane ******. Top notch technician!
