      This has been going on since May 1, 2023. ****** Harris hired to pressure wash home and put down shoe molding in 2 rooms. He said he could do this in a day's time. He stated he needed to buy materials for molding. I gave him $220 in cash to purchase this. I asked for a receipt. He never gave me one. He started pressure washing and asked for payment in advance due to expenses he needed to meet for child graduation expenses from ******* **********. I paid him $150 for pressure washing and $200 for shoe molding. This was paid to him on May 2, 2023. He sent texts saying he was on his way to my home on 6 dates he never showed up. Last time he was here he took material I paid for so he could trim it. He left his hammer and box nails here. Have not heard from him since. I sent numerous texts and asked if he was coming back and to please return my material back to me. I did not get material back and I had to spend $53 to buy additional material to get someone else to finish shoe molding and that labor was $100. ****** never came back to finish pressure washing nor the shoe molding. He put some molding down but did not complete either room. I hired him due to reference from a neighbor because ****** and workers had done work for him in the past and did a good job. I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income and do not appreciate the fact he has lied to me and did not honor his word. I would like for him to pay me back the $153 I had to spend to get molding done and $100 for what I paid him in good faith on the labor for the molding as he did not finish the one room he started on. My brother-in-law called him and asked when he was going to finish the job and ****** promised him he would be here on May 30 to finish jobs. He did not call nor text me.

      Hired to sand and stain a picnic table and to rejuvenate shutters. Asked for all money after jobs were started which I gave. Now he won’t come back. It’s been 10 days since he was last here and it’s been going on for almost 3 weeks for a simple job that he said was a 1 day job. Started an issue as he diluted the paint stain with paint thinner instead of buying me my own gallon, he used an old one he already had which left my table with white splotches all over it. He then had to buy wood stripper to try to get that off and then he left it overnight because the table looked so bad instead of washing it off as the directions said and assured me he’d be right back the next morning. He instead doesn’t show up for 2 more days and claims he forgot the pressure washer . I don’t hear from him for days again after so I get somebody else to come out here and pressure wash the stuff off the table because it had been several days of some thing that was supposed to be washed off 15 minutes after application. Practically begging him now to please come and finish the work. He said gas is too much, it’s not worth his while coming out here unless he’s already out this way. He then came in the night and took all the supplies that were here back and now won’t respond to me or tell me when he’s coming back which I’ve been trying to find out for a week now , I paid him through cash app so I also requested my money back if he wasn’t going to do the job and he didn’t send anything back. So now I have a picnic table with nothing on it except the splotches of wood stripper that won’t come off because it sat for numerous days, the rest someone else was able to get off. And he only did some of my shutters. Need my money back since he didn’t do the work. I thought it was weird that he kept asking for money until eventually it was all paid off. The only reason I paid the rest was because he said he was at the store getting the stuff and was on his way but needed $ and that was 10 days ago.

      Paid Daniel Harris owner of Harris Painting LLC to put a latch on the porch door he painted. He said a latch was on it already. I told him a latch was needed that could lock. He said, okay. I have been trying to reach him since the end of March and he has not returned my calls. He has taken the money but has not performed the service.
