Custom artwork: Commissions are the creative result of our conversations about your proposed piece of art. In most cases, the artist is able to make small adjustments to your custom piece if you see something not quite right. The artist works to ensure that you are completely happy with your commissioned artwork.

  In the event that you are unhappy with your artwork purchase, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the artwork, and return the artwork within 15 days in the same condition that you received it. We will refund 90% of your purchase price upon 1) receipt of the item and 2) a full inspection of the artwork to ensure that it is unaltered or undamaged. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
