On October 27th 2023 the owner of Dify Electrical installed a new service meter on my property to allow for 200amp electrical service from the current 100amp service. For the payment of $1957.02 the meter was to be installed, and the contractor was supposed to contact the city of ******** to complete the full 200amp connection. It is now April 3rd 2024 and I still do not have 200amp connection, the contractor will not respond to various emails or phone calls, and the voicemail box is listed as full. The city has not received a request for electrical plans and I am at a complete standstill. The contractor has received full payment, and has not finished the work.Customer response

I am responding to the BBB request to confirm that I still have not heard from Dify Electrical, and that my issue has not been resloved.
