    My extended warranty has been billed for thousands of dollars for work that was never done. I will be calling them to let them know because I am going to make sure the work gets done. I will not let incompetent individuals in a shop who lies to the shop supervisor blow up my engine. The extended warranty is not going to pay to do something twice within 200 miles, so they must be informed. After eight years of trusting this dealership and the shop manager, I feel I been taking for a fool. I might be 62 years old, but I know how to check to the oil and add oil. I learned it during drivers education in 1978 and prior to that by my family. Guess what, that is a long time. How could someone you put your trust in and recommended them to many other people, deceive a person like they have me. Thank goodness, I have mechanics in my family (not near by) but in my family. It is a generation thing going back to my grandfather who would be around or over 100 years old. Then my uncle, my brother, and my son. How could people bill people and coverage companies for work not performed? Why aren't there individuals to double check what mechanics do? How can someone do a 16 point multiple point inspection and not find these flaws?
