I am due a refund of $10,000 plus $700.00 + paid to Salem Health & Rehab during my stay in this Facility in 2021. Continued efforts to resolve this issue have been without success.Business response

We paid the business more than $8900 of deposit when my mother was admitted at the facility. My mother's name is ****** ******. ***, the business office manager, said that the deposit would be paid back to us 60 days after her discharge from the facility on June 28th. We hand delivered letters to *** regarding this matter and we haven't been reimbursed yet.Business response
