      I'm very pleased with Miller's annual maintenance services. Their inspections are very thorough and they work with you to schedule their visits at a time convenient to the homeowner. I also like the procedure they follow where the person performing the visit is identified via email and you are contacted by that individual when they are close to arrival. The technician who recently performed our electrical inspection (Dylan ***********) was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Miller's Services to anyone concerned about the quality of their HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing systems inside their home.

      They just installed a new HVAC system in our home. The whole process went very smoothly. The young men , Kevin, Josh, Owen who installed the system were professional and efficient. Overall a nice experience dealing with Miller’s.

      You must take Miller's off your ********** ****! Once again as a Total Care Club Member I cannot get preferential scheduling or any regular, prompt scheduling with the company. Last month I scheduled an appointment for this morning. After years of being a customer, I know to ask about the company's morning meetings since those have prohibited me from getting service at my scheduled time. I was told that the staff does not have any meetings on Thursdays and was offered the first appointment of the day. When the shop opened I called asking if the assistants were on their way only to be told that everyone was in a meeting. I couldn't believe it! Nobody was set to come to my home on time (again). The manager's excuse was that the call attendant who scheduled my appointment had only been with the company for a year and didn't know the meeting schedule. A year, really? Our family will now be writing an editorial in our local paper and neigbhorhood newsletter to make sure the community knows how poorly managed this company truly is and how the owners have absolutely no regard for their clients. I already submitted a response to this site about the history of our experience with this company starting with a faulty, Heating/AC unit that was sold to us under the guise as a brand new product. From that review you can see this type of customer service is par for the course based on our history with the company. Now the owners refuse to return our money from the Total Care Membership Club and refuse to replace or extend the warrantly on the faulty unit.

      I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Millers Services. The response time for emergency service was excellent and they were able to get us up and running over a weekend until a full inspection of our septic system could be done to diagnose the issues. We purchased our home in July of this year and although it had passed the septic inspection and pump out by another company it was filled to overflowing within three months of living here with only myself and my husband. Not sure how the problem was missed seeing as how a camera was used in the inspection prior to settlement. Millers was so responsive and walked us through the entire procedure to correct the problems. The crew arrived on schedule and were respectful super friendly and answered all our questions as this is our first home with a septic system. The work was completed within a day and all debris cleaned as promised. I would recommend Millers Services to all my friends.

      I hate to give Miller's even one star. We're all women over 65 who know nothing about plumbing. We weren't having any plumbing problems. We told Miller's Services of ****** ** that we needed to have the water (clear, odorless) stop leaking onto the floor in the laundry room. Miller's guys came in, looked around, and said it was our septic system. We should have gotten another opinion, but Mom trusted Miller's. ****** worth of work later, we were still getting water on the laundry room floor. THEN Miller's sent other guys who opened up the HVAC - "Oh, there's water in there" - whatever they did with the HVAC solved the problem and the floor has been dry ever since. The actual solution to our problem cost ****!! We did not need them digging up our yard for *** all for nothing. By the way, Miller's had just pumped out our septic tank in December 2022. Unless they didn't do that right, no way should we have needed it pumped out again in July 2023 when they were here doing all that unnecessary septic work. After our problem was solved for only ****, we asked Miller's to take ****** off our bill as we were willing to pay half since we might have needed to have that septic work done eventually anyway but we did NOT need it done at that time. They refuse to share that *** cost with us, telling me "But the work was done, it has to be paid for." Sure, make us pay for their mistake--or was it deliberately taking advantage of three "little old ladies"? We finally had another plumber come assess the situation. He said he would have done things Miller's did not do to thoroughly investigate the issue & would have dealt with the HVAC before assuming a septic issue. Also, he told us the big round green thing in our yard was actually the bulk of our expense - about ***** We would never have agreed to that if they had told us that price. WARNING: If you use Miller's for anything expensive, GET A 2ND OPINION from another company. Don't blindly expect honest fairness from Miller's!

      For Evan & Dillon I rate them 10 star. Their work was excellent! They didn’t rush the job and still finished on time. The teamwork was great,they helped each other and doubled checked their work and kept us informed each step. We enjoyed having them here.I feel like they’re part of our family and I certainly miss seeing them arrive each morning. The Millers teams have been great but, Evan & Dillon really stand out,Millers may be a bit pricey, but we’ve had good service. From Dale & Shirley *

      We were very impressed by Miller's. They were prompt, professional and courteous. We needed work done quickly and they arrived earlier than expected. Jake and Kyle were fantastic.

      This may be a great company, but we have seen no proof of it. Customer service is extremely slow to the point of sometimes nonexistent. We have been dealing with a failed septic system for over 3 months, and to date, all they have managed to do is get a soil sample, suck out our tank about 3 times (cha ching), and filed for a permit with the health department. Then we had to go pick up the paperwork, take it to the courthouse to file and then the permit was emailed to us. When called to follow up with Miller's about their timeline, they said they were waiting for the permit. Shouldn't they have been following up on that themselves? Not to mention that I had emailed them twice to let them know that I had it. Since signing the proposal over 6 weeks ago, we have spoken with several people who have told us negative things about the company and have quoted us prices one-third the cost of what Miller's is charging us. If there is any recourse in getting out of this contract before they actually start working, we would greatly appreciate it.
