After the plants were delivered, I took the requested photos of the damaged plants, which were overgrown in the pots, leggy, and broken. I lost 4 of the 6 and requested replacement. Growers Exchange wanted photos so I sent those to them, then they wanted photos of the planted ones which were dead and not put in the ground. The company has bad reviews already and also has a refund policy. I really just wanted nice fresh plants, but they would not cooperate without additional photos of the plants I that did not survive and were never planted. Any help with this company will be appreciated before I have to take any further action. Thank you.Business response

We apologize for the delay. We were waiting to receive updated photos of your Borage plants. We have issued a refund for your complete order. Its never our intention for customers to have nothing but have a pleasurable experience when shopping online greenhouse.
