            In December 2023, ***** Sites, owner of KRS well drilling called and said he had the time and resources to drill a well on our property in *****, **. We went to the site on that day and saw 2 people drilling a well. We have no idea if it was successful, if he filed the environmental report that is required, or how fast the water rate is (if at all). We have tried e-mailing him twice, and tried calling twice. His voicemail box is full, so we are unable to even leave a message. This gentleman was not responsive even prior to drilling the well. He was very vague as to when he would have availability. We waited 3 months before he even called us to say he could drill. I'm worried that he isn't even in business any longer. We need to build our house on that property soon. We have not paid him anything.
