      so i sent my payment in to the **** to have my dog registered and for some reason they crashed there site. i have tried for a week to contact them via phone call and get on the website. i have been told that it was only down for 3 days. i also sent a email asking if it was a scam cause nobody will answer the phone and you can not leave a voice mail for a call back i got a email sent back to me treatning to ban me because of a simple question. they give you no information on the status updates. they are very rude to everybody and they are not wanting to give me a direct number to call to speak to someone.

      Here is our response to the client. He was issued a full refund.

       

      I will issue a refund and deleted the registration as you noted to BBB we are a scamming.
      Our website is down. We are working on that with maintenance all forms and employees are working. 
      When you submit your paperwork emailmeform provides an email to you stating the processing time is 4-6 week if ***** is not used. You did not choose the ***** option and we are not to Feb 18th date "your submission date" Our phone is also down we are working with ******* as well to correct this issue. ************ is our phone number. It is public and posted on our website as well as our social media sites. 
       We have issued a FULL refund as we do not work with clients stating we are scamming them. Thank you and have a good day. 
      **** is a private entity and reserves the right to remove or ban any persons at any time. **** reserves the right to deny/revoke any dog.

      I have brought a puppy who the owner has told me that there would be paper work he has then on the day of collecting the pup not provided the paper work and has told us that he has contacted your self's and that you have then told him there was a back log. He now has currently blocked or changed he's number and I have no way of contacting him

      -- Good afternoon, there is not much we can do to intervene in civil disputes, as we are not involved with the deals of sales and services between breeders and clients, these are private treaties that do not involve us. We can however act on a court ordered decision, we always recommend everyone to always ask for and require a contract before entering into any deal or purchase. This way there is proof to back any claim in a civil dispute. Legally as we are not included nor part of these types of transactions, we cannot legally intervene in private treaties, but as stated we will honor a court order, which in cases such as this when you have contractual agreements are usually cut and dry and easy to resolve in a civil court.  

      This is a private treaty between buyer and breeder. We have not received any monies from the complaitant.

      I paid for rush in house processing as well as 2 day ***** shipping. Paperwork was supposed to have been here the week of 9/23/22. It wasn't so I called abkc the week after that to find out what happened and if the paperwork was sent. They said it was has shipped out...but since it was 2 weeks and I still hadn't gotten my paperwork they would re issue paperwork. They would ship it 2 day ***** again since that's what I paid for. It's now October 13th still no paperwork, no email, no call. So I called ABKC again to see if paperwork was issued. Not only where they rude they told me I would have to contact ***** myself to find out what happened. I called ***** only have records for the original shipment a reissue was never done. They also told me I would have to contact ABKC since they were the shippers. So I tried calling ABKC back and it goes straight to voice-mail. I don't have my paperwork and I can't get though because nobody there will pick up the phone. I emailed them on the October 13th as well. Still haven't received a response to that either. Where is my paperwork that I paid 105 dollars for?

      This clients papers were issued ****** ***** may have lots them unfortunatley  we do not have control over any mailing system. We provided tracking for him. 

      We did our job on issuing his paperwork out. He failed to note the dogs name here so I do not know what dog he is referring to as he has multiple dogs.

      Hi I called earlier today about my missing registration paperwork that I sent in. The dogs name is Dirty Kartel. I called ***** as instructed to do so and they told me that I would have to contact the shipper because last update they had was Sept 22nd and they haven't received a second shipment. 
      This was an issue with getting his paperwork in with the breeder as well. I really don't want to go through that whole mess they had to go through in getting his paperwork in. I payed in house rush service as well as 2 day ***** shipping. Here we are almost a month later and I still don't have his paperwork. If you could ship another set of papers as soon as you can I'd appreciate it. ***** said there was only 1 shipment they supposedly never got another shipment coming through their system.

      It is noted on our site that processing is 10-12 PLUS weeks. unless fedex is used. This client did not use fedex he chose basic registration. HIs paperwork was processed and issued  7/13/2022 .

      I requested a reprint of my dogs certificate from since October I still haven’t gotten any paperwork up to now. Everytime I email them they give me a story that it’s still processing now it way pass the time I emailed them about couple months ago they said to send a screen shot of the receipt I send it in and since then I have emailed them numerous time and now I cannot get a respnse and when you call the phone they never answer I been sitting here about a whole years not able to breed my dog because he has no papers I originally lost them because someone broke into my house and have been trying to get them Back since. this is unprofessional especially when I paid to have it expedited and sent in everything they asked for .

      I have sent in my paperwork to ABKC to register my pup, now 12 months old, on 3/23/22. I had heard that it’s a slow process and could most likely take 3 months. What has prompted me to contact BBB was after reading all the posts on the ABKC Facebook page, there are many people that have been waiting twice as long as I have and we had no clue as to how to deal with this problem, but thanks to a lady I spoke with at a different kennel club, passed your contact info on to me.       I paid for dog registration papers back in October 2021, I was told in February they would be processed and I am now end of April still waiting, I have sent several emails and messages via social media to no reply, I have even rang on several occasions and no answer. I would just like to have my documents that I paid for and even someone answer my replies. After looking on there reviews on social media, it seems this company is doing this all the time and a lot of people are in the same situation as myself

      This cleints papers were issued in February. She has corresponded that is what not received. We issued a 2nd courtesy copy 5-9-2022. This client is NOT using ***** which provides tracking. Which we suggest to make sure the item is received. Otherwise it goes first class mail no tracking. We do have a mailing policy ************ we have issued it twice. The client would need to request a duplicate as we do not issued 3rd copies free of charge.
