      Had a brand new unit installed Dec 2023, heat bill sky rocket to 400 a month from 150, called several times to have them come out and check, came out once and didnt do anything. They gave an explination that didnt make sense. We then had the electrical company come out and they said its the unit. Called the guy several time and texted. wont return my calls or text back. We purchased a warranty and asked or a company and they wont give us that either. Been calling them since March 2024, they have blocked our number and wont return our call. Now the ** dont work.

      Lovell Mechanical installed a new system- at the General Contractors request, the consumer had concerns with the electric bill going up in price.  Lovell Mechanical re-checked the unit, took time explaining the dynamics of the system with it being a heat pump, the air circulation is different.  Lovell Mechanical checked the proper amp draws and everything met factory specs and thought the concerns were over. The consumer was not satisfied after Lovell Mechanical left, the consumer had the power company come out and was told the increase in her electric bill was due to the amp draw from the heat pump.

      Since someone else has come out and looked at the alleged issue and found a problem, unforeseen to the certified, licensed HVAC install techs, it voids the labor warranty with Lovell Mechanical, the system itself does have a 5 year warranty. 

      In all reality the contract was also with her General **********, *******, and that in itself should negate any responsibility that Lovell Mechanical does have with trying to satisfy a consumer who is demanding things be done that are out of Lovell Mechanicals control. By coming back free of charge and explaining everything again after a great install, that was a courtesy extended to this consumer.

       As mentioned, she has a 5 year system warranty with ******. She can have any company come back to recheck, for the third time, and tell her the same thing any experienced HVAC company will. We have been in business since 2016 and have had hundreds of happy customers, we do not advertise due to the quality of work we provide,  which in itself speaks volumes of our character as technicians.
      While we understand that even though we do our best to accommodate everyone we service, there will always be someone, we just wanted to explain our side of the story.

      Good ******** *************** did not come out and check the system. We had the electrical come out and check the amp and what the possiblilties of why the bill has increased.  We had asked the company to come and speak with the owner of and never recieved a response.  We would greatly appreciate if an appointment can be made to come out and check the system when the owner is here and would like a copy of the warranty that was purchased.  Please register the system so the 10 yr warranty of the unit parts can go in effect.
