            Per the attached Payment Receipt for work completed in May of 2022.Issue: Received wrong *** Off Road Decal for the passenger side rear quarter panel. Returned wrong decal in June of 2022 to Christopher M************* sales associate for MAACO. July 2022, on my way to the store I stopped by MAACO a few times in person to inquire on status of correct decal, I then Text a few more times in August and a couple more times in October and on each occasion MAACO stated they would send me a check or mail me the correct decal. I have not received the correct decal or reimbursement for decal I already paid for in May of 2022. The cost of the decal is on attached final payment receipt listed as Taxable Part for $103.69. Resolution request that MAACO reimburse me for the cost of the decal of $103.69.

            I just picked my old truck up from these guys and I am delighted.I have an older Tacoma (2008), and I had a few places where the factory paint was damaged and surface rust had set in. I wanted it fixed but did not want to spend a lot of money on a vehicle this old. I took it to Maaco. The customer service man, *****, perhaps he was the manager, was everything a customer service man should be: courteous, knowledgeable, and he listened carefully to my needs. He presented me with options, and explained the implications of each. I picked one, at a very reasonable price, and he was ready to get the shop started right away. That was too soon for me, so I brought it back later. I picked it up today. I think ***** was afraid Id be unhappy with the job because the new paint was slightly different than the old paint. I looked and accused him of looking with a professional eye. To my amateur eye, it looked fine. Moreover, they cleaned my truck inside and out. If they had a can of new car smell, Id have thought it was not mine!I am delighted with their work, and I highly recommend them.
