First off I wish I could give this place 0 stars b/c one star is giving them too much credit. This shop clearly is a place for beginners to learn how to work on cars and their work shows it as well. They clearly do not know what they are doing and it seems like once in a while they will get a customer that actually cares about their car and knows what they want, hence their occasional bad review, but it seems like the owner has a way of getting those bad reviews deleted...like he did mine. BUT I want everyone to know that just b/c they have 4.9 stars on ****** doesn't mean they are 4.9 stars quality, they have the "reputation" but the work and quality is on par with a child with a spray can. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR, PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! It will save you money, time and a headache for sure!!

Sir, the reason it was deleted because your statements are fictitious. We did your work (4 Times). Despite, We knew you where causing all your self inflicted issues. After , we did your work (4 times) knowing you caused everything, we appreciated you so much we kept doing it. Our goal was to make you happy. We, where aware of your character, when you expressed all the places you had work done where horrible, including Tesla Corporation. Which we, and all pass, current clients think Tesla’s customer service is superb. We did an awesome job on your vehicle and have you even saying it on a Video. Which you expressed beautiful it looked. We will post that Video to insure how much you where satisfied with the work. You saying “The Tint looks great!” The wheels looks great”! The Calipers look Great”! You stated you was not happy about the tint ( You Picked) “ it’s too Light” and was upset because we would have to charge you to do additional work? We have no idea why you feel you shouldn’t pay us?? We saw extreme damage on your wheels the worst we ever seen. We knew it was self inflicted- with you driving in abnormal conditions, but we still repainted them. We asked you about your previous “chrome delete” - We stated that it wasn’t up to our standards - Sir you said “ it’s fine”. We asked if you aware of all the paint coming off? Sir, you said “ it’s fine” This is extremely disheartening, that we showed you but nothing but great hospitality, and a great customer service experience.
