On April 28, 2021, I signed a contract with Capital Cabinet Refacing, LLC to have my kitchen cabinet doors/drawers refaced with laminate which I paid $4300. Just over a year after the installation, I started to notice the laminate separating from the door/drawer fronts. On September 7, 2022, I telephoned the owner (******) to inform her of the issue. An appointment was scheduled for October 3rd, to have the cabinet installer (******) come out which he was a no show. From the time the installer was a no show, I made several attempts to telephone ******, but my calls were unanswered. I decided to give her another opportunity to resolve the issue and I called ****** again on November 2nd. We had a conversation and I wanted to know when the installer was coming out to fix my issue and she stated that she would have the installer call me. ****** called me the next day and we discussed my issue. In addition, I sent several pictures to ******. Again, a second appointment was made for him to come out on November 12th to assess the issue. When ****** came out to assess the issue, I was told that this type of issue does not normally happen within the first twenty years of installation. Furthermore, I was advised that the manufacturing company would more than likely replace the door/drawer fronts of my cabinets. Subsequently, I was told that ****** would reach out to the manufacturing company and give me a call back in a couple of days. After not hearing from ****** for over a month, I called on December 19th to check the status of the door/drawer fronts. As a result of this conversation, I was told that the installers would be out in two weeks to install the door/drawer fronts. However, I have not been contacted regarding any resolution by ****** or any representative from the manufacturing company. The lack of customer service rendered by this company was a nightmare, as they are difficult to reach, and they do not return their customers telephone calls.
