            4/2018 back home roof repair. 2 months later internal water damage. Called was told that before any repairs I had to pay the remaining balance of $1219.25. I paid $1000.00 deductible, my insurance ******* ****** paid the whole balance of $3,400.08. They came out 1 month later, told I had a pin hole in my roof due to them not putting the shingles up correctly and was told that someone will call me about the internal damage. I called 8 times, still no show/call. 10/202I, noticed missing shingles, called my insurance company to estimate. Was told that they did not do what they where paid to do. My shingles had been stitched on my roof. Still today when I call I am told that the Project Manager will contact me and I have not received a call as of yet. I want my back roof completely redone so that my home is protected. They where over paid to complete this job. I also want my $1219.25 refunded. I now have blue tarp on my home due to missing shingles and further water damage.
