I have had a contract for twice per year service of my furnace (one in spring the other in the fall) since purchasing an air conditioner with EverCool. The purchase of the a/c and service agreement occurred prior to 2017. The earliest service contract I found on my email was dated 04/13/2018 to renew the contract. I paid for a 2 year contract. The next contract I paid was dated 04/23/2020- also a 2 year contract. The times I called to schedule the maintenance and when the service was actually completed didn't line up with the actual contract. Although the contract does not stipulate an end date as the contracts I have do not have an actual date. Before this contract expired in 2022, I scheduled a spring maintenance and called in April 2022 to have it completed. I was told they were booked two weeks out which took the appointment to May 2022. Their Operations Manager named Marc T************, kept reminding me that the maintenance contract was expired and had to pay for the spring maintenance. I told him that I am supposed to have 2 per year and the spring maintenance for should be on the contract that was expiring in 2022. He is charging me for the spring maintenance on top of the contract that I paid for in 2022. I tried to explain to him that thought all the years I have had the uninterrupted service contracts I could not have more than the two services as it would not be possible under their contract. So charging me for the spring maintenance is not only incorrect but improper. He stated I needed to pay for the spring service separately. This is misleading and bad business practices.
