On 10 Jan 2022, I purchased a 14kt .75 CTW round diamond 3 stone with pave engagement ring and a 14kt rose gold .50 CTW diamond wedding band. The engagement ring was two toned. After resizing the ring upon pick up on 28 Jan I notice it was no longer two toned. I asked for it to be fixed prior to my 2 Feb 22 wedding. I was told that it would not be fix in time and to bring the ring in on 7 Feb. I Followed up 5 times with the business over the next 3 weeks when I finally showed up in person at the scheduled time they provided (20 Feb at 12) at this time the explained the jeweler was not there but I could leave the ring and pick up later. I informed them I would be there the next morning. Upon arrival on 21 Feb I was offered a ring that was not mine but was placed in my filled out envelope. I explained it wasnt my ring and after a series of conversation it was determined my ring was given to another customer. They promised they would have my ring back to me by **** on 21 Feb. When I arrived to the store I was provided a ring similar to my previous one but I could not verify until I arrived home and compared pictures. This company gave me a lower valued ring and presented it to be mine. I am requesting aid in recovering my correct ring or an equivalent replacement. I no longer trust the company to provide me service with integrity. I paid in total ******** in which both rings had errors due to this companys negligent behavior.
