Follow up, after telling this dealership I was no longer interested in working with them, their Manager, decided it was a good idea to run my credit and then harass me by sending me multiple text messages, calling me back to back. I would steer far away from this place!!!!This place loves to waste your time and play games. I have been working with them over the phone for almost two weeks. I had receive a pre-approval but they wouldnt give me actual numbers like down payment, monthly or APR. Kept trying to tell me to just come into the office and they will show me everything, which wouldnt be a problem if I didnt live 2 hours away. They also constantly send text messages asking repeat questions that I had already answered more than once. I would stay away from here!Initial Complaint

On Feb 03, 2024, I purchased a 2018 F150 at CarHub. Whilst verbally negotiating we agreed on a total price and payment. My fianc assumed I got the paperwork and he assumed I got it. Neither of us got a copy which was our fault. We have reached out to the dealer numerous times to get a copy of the signed contract. Its Feb 25, 2024 and we still cannot get a copy. They always tell me that its (the contract) with a different person or someone that is out of the office. I contacted the finance company for help. They sent me a copy of the contract received and the entire contract was digitally signed which I never digitally signed anything. The sheets were completely different and the total price and monthly payment was much higher than agreed. We agreed for a total price of ***** after all fees and a monthly payment of $600 with a 16% interest. The finance company showed us a contract with a total of $29k with a monthly payment of $689 and interest of 19%.Initial Complaint

I was overcharged for a vehicle I paid in cash and didn't buy tags and registration from them and they wouldn't give me my title.until.after 90 days and only gave me only 30 day tags then had to fo spend another ****** in fees and taxes registration and title and plates at dmv. I want to know why I was overcharged and need a refund. They kept telling me it was was fees and taxes and title. The car was listed for **** and I was charged *******. Please help me I feel I was taken advantage of. I was in a car accident and almost lost my life last year and some of this money was from my settlement I don't like being taken for advantage. Thanks
