I don't know what has become of Greystone Masonry in Stafford VA. I have been trying to get my stamped concrete patio resealed since 2021 (2020 obviously was a wash). My first attempt occurred in Summer 2021 when I was told to send photos and I would hear back. When they didn't respond, I stopped by their site, and a young man about 20 said it was his first day, and he called a lady, & put her on speaker. She said someone would follow up, but that never happened. Then on March 25, 2022, I spoke with a rep who told me to send them another email with photos of my patio and again request an estimate. I did so on March 28 at 12:40 p.m putting in the subject that this was a followup request. On March 29 at 10:06 a.m., I spoke with a female rep from the company who said the reason I probably was ignored in 2021 was due to their high demand and how swamped they were with "new business". She explained that they "value" their return customers, but they are in the making money business. She assured me she personally would call me with the estimate in 2 weeks, and that the minimum for patio resealing was $1,000 and would take place around September. After 2 weeks had passed, I again called on April 12 at 10:13 a.m. The woman identified herself as Jodie and explained that the estimator has been busy and therefore hadn't had a chance to call me. While on the line, she said she found my email from 2017, which I explained was the date of the original job order. Jodie then said, "I have good news. I have an estimate for you of $738." I said, "Oh, did your estimator arrive?" She told me no, but that was the quote nonetheless. Jodie said she would send me a proposal the next day. I never received it. This company is just making up lies & interested only in new business for new installs, not honoring past clientele. I could have given this business as a referral to a friend who wants a patio, but because of their lack of integrity, I will never refer them to anyone.
