Set up an appointment for February 4, 2022 for a Covid PCR test for a dental procedure in ******* ******* ** on February 8, 2022. Lab tech arrived at our home and performed test. 200.00$ was paid via my wife’s credit card. Lab tech stated we should have results by the next day. After making multiple attempts to call with no answer, I received text asking what they could help me with. I stated we had never gotten the test result and needed it before procedure. They asked for my email address again and stated they would re-send. Gave email address again and have received nothing. Went to address of business and an employee of ********** ********* stated no one was there that they were mobile. Employee of ********* store texted someone and she replied back telling me to continue to call that someone should answer. I did this multiple times and no response. My husband and I wasted the money for nothing. Luckily his procedure was not cancelled.Business response

Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention. This message was the first we heard of an issue with Mr. ******** service, we were under the impression that the service was satisfactory as he gave us a 5* review the following day (more than 24 hours later). We are sorry to hear Mr. ****** attempted calling us, we do not have any missed calls, emails, text or other messages from him , nor did we see where he visited us at our office which is located inside the ********** Building. We have researched this on our end and we are unable to verify if results were given to Mr. ******, due to this we feel a full refund is appropriate in this case, and that process will be complete by end of day 3/25/22.
