After placing an order on the website i excitedly waited for my package to arrive, after checking in with **** it turns out the package was delivered to the wrong address. No big deal right?, well BIG deal i have sent out 4 emails, called multiple times multiple days in a row and have heard nothing in return. *** has asked me to work with the company to get another item sent out but i have been met with a computer voice and nobody willing to help. This company when it comes to customer service is a joke, they have no willingness to help and its been very apparent through other reviews I've read that i'm not the first to experience this. Being a small business is one thing, i work with small businesses weekly but to receive no response, and then receive a CUSTOMER REVIEW email asking how they did from the same email I've been told to contact them through is pathetic. I'd give lower then a 1 star if i could but sorry MJTrends you've lost a customer and i hope people read this and refuse to work with you.Review from Donna C

MJTrends helped me with a cosplay outfit that I was working on to attend Katsucon at the Gaylord in MD. Prompt answers to my questions and a solid selection of fabrics.Review from TORKWASE R

I responded to a job listing on Craigslist, looking for a Warehouse helper, and after a brief phone interview with the owner, we both decided that I would come in for a trial work day to see if it was a good fit for us both. Unfortunately, I decided that the position wasn't right for me and contacted the owner to let him know that I appreciated the offer but will not pursuing any further employment, but that I would be contacting him that coming Friday (02/18/22) to pick up the pay for the few hours I worked that day. I have reached out multiple times and unfortunately still have not heard back. I understand it may not be much pay, but to withhold it and not communicate is unacceptable business practices. Do Better!
