      Contacted AllTech Services in ********, **. Asked the scheduler if their company dealt with water leak issues. . Was told yes , they could help and scheduled a appointment . The "tech" arrived the following day. Entered my townhome ground level thru the garage. Laundry room off to the immediate left upon entry. Showed him the spot on the ceiling drywall. He had a ipad asking me to sign ,allowing the work to be done. I signed( not reading the several page disclosure). He cut a 9inch by 12inch piece of drywall from the ceiling exposing a 1 inch copper pipe. We saw the tiny bead of water droplett. The"tech" person went to my third floor ( with me accompanying) . I had been cleaning out a closet and had items sitting on the floor . Have a huge curio and paintings on the wall area. He wanted to cut the entire wall out! Needless to say, I would need to move everything first. He took pictures and agreed to come back tomorrow morning. Never asked me to pay anything ,knowing he was coming back next day. This process maybe took 30minutes. He left. Later in the day some lady from their office called me demanding I did not pay them. I told her , he was coming back tomorrow and nothing was done. needless to say... no one from Alltech came back. They Totally Blew Me Off!! What kind of company is this?? I contacted another ( far more reputable company) . This company arrived with 2 Plumbing Professionals. Thank God!!! I had stuff sitting on the master bedroom area. The leak ended up on my second level area.. there was No Damage to the third level where AllTech wanted to rip out the entire wall. For a 30 second drywall cut, they are demanding $175.00 in fees. they fixed NOTHING!!! Total Consumer Rip Off!! Why did they lie ,saying they handle leak issues?? I would Never Reccomend them! Total Frauds.

      While they are prompt in showing up and doing the work, they charge insanely high rates for the parts. If you lookup the price for the parts they use, the prices they quote are anywhere between 200% - 800% higher (especially, when your need is extremely urgent, and have very little choice). This has been a consistent experience. So, their "free" house call / monthly subscription etc. is not really free, judging by the rates for parts. Another practice is when they do their annual inspection and seem to include stuff that don't seem essential as "important to fix/replace", while leaving out things like corroded/rusty parts (maybe for a later trip). Not sure how they have 4+ ratings (what got me to sign up with them in the first place).
