I am a former prosecutor who has been trying to remove my home town and address from the internet. I have tried contacting this company to remove identifying information pursuant to a law in NJ protecting the privacy of active and former law enforcement. The contact form on their website does not work. The phone is answered by voicemail, but then hangs up. I have been trying to get the listing removed for months to no avail. I am retired, but the listing is a risk to my safety and that of my family. I want it removed.Initial Complaint

Yasabe is publishing online a business listing for a business named Inkbox Cartridges that has been closed for 5+ years. I am the current owner of the phone number on this defunct business listing *************) and I am tired of answering calls for this closed business and want desperately for my number to be disassociated with Inkbox Cartridges. The webpage I need removed is:******************************************************************************************************************************* I tried to fill out the yasabe.com Contact Us webpage asking them to remove the listing but when I click on Send I get an error message that reads "Ay Caramba Ouch! Something went wrong, please try again later." I also tried to call the phone number listed on the Contact Us webpage **************. It answers and identifies that I am calling Yasabe.com and asks me to "stay on the line for the next available agent" and then repeats "We have not received a valid response, please try again" 3 times and then it hangs up on me after a period of dead silence.It is unacceptable that Yasabe.com is publishing my private information and providing me no way to correct the issue. It seems I'm not the only with this issue. Site has my private, residential, home address listed as attached to a business I had never heard of prior to this issue. Yasabe does not respond to emails or messages via social media. Their removal tool is broken. I have even reached out to their domain registrar and hosting services trying to get in contact. I receive an obscene amount of snail mail for this previously unknown to me business and it has become a legal and safety issue. This is just one of many sites that does this (another one insisted I pay to get my address removed and only finally removed it on their own after a BBB complaint). Yasabe just does not even respond. Social media looks abandoned. Someone is still paying the bill for the registration, though, based on the whois info that just updated today for another year of registration. ****** has attempted to reach out as has *******, but this company does not want to respond to anyone. I just want my address removed as it is dangerous to have a business listed at private home that is not that business.Initial Complaint

Updated information - follow up to previous complaint. Re: Wrong address for *****.tv on Yasabe.com website The address listed on Yasabe.com is my personal home which is in a residential neighborhood. I contacted the business and they said their actual address is: The ******** **** Hotel ********* ****** ******* ****** Vegas, Nevada******* They said they sent a message to Yasabe asking them to remove my ******* **** address. I have also sent several emails to Yasabe.com asking them to remove my address and I have tried calling many times, but no one answers the phone.Initial Complaint

This site published my home address & I'm not sure how they got it but, I DONT FEEL SAFE. I interact w/ mentally unstable ********* ******* trafficked victims, who's abusers are not happy that their victims are receiving my services & support. I have a family & young children & do not want to risk our safety b/c it's on the web. I work really hard to maintain my anonymity b/c of the nature of my work. I don't even have social media, or other public platforms for this reason. I need to have a relatively low ************ havent had a problem with my personal info being distributed in years. Can you tell me where you got my info, how long its been listed & how long it will take to remove. I cannot be testifying against ***************** know where I live. Please take this seriously b/d i could be in real danger! I have tried to contact them by ************* several times but no one answers & the phone hangs up & the email option keeps giving me an error message.Initial Complaint

This service, like so many other so called online directories do not offer a proper method of removing outdated, or inaccurate listings. YaSabe has no less than three listings for my company, and two of which is my home address, which is unacceptable, and have tried to remove these through the proper method provided on their site. Either the company is no longer keeping their systems current, or are data collecting information, without the legitimate purpose of allowing actual business users to remove their listings is fraudulent, and unacceptable.A screenshot has been provided to show how their system, no matter what option is chosen to contact YaSabe, it comes back with an internal error all the time.
