My military move was one of the best I have ever had in 22 years of service. Al and his team were great from pickup and pack out to delivery and setup at the new location. The courteous and well-mannered nature of both crews that ** hired to help him was absolutely stellar. I thought **'s handling of this military move was superior. The organization, timeliness, and personable attitude presented by ***************** specifically contributed to the positive experience.Review from Nell K

I had the best moving experience with JK Moving. Everyone in JK Moving was a pleasure to work with. From the moment ******* answered my first call to the moment ****** pulled out of the driveway of my new home I felt as a valued customer. The service provided before the actual move was beyond my expectations. ******* was able to arrange my move within just a few days and guarantee my desired pick up and delivery dates. While other companies offered to combine my move with those of other customers, ******* arranged that I was the only customer for which a truck was dispatched. Moreover, JK Moving has a 24/7 customer service line. I also had a dedicated moving coordinator. Their warehouse in ********,** is massive yet spotless and organized. And the same applies to JkMovings trucks, or at least the one that was dispatched for my move. The driver ****** was very professional, punctual, and polite. I was able to communicate with him directly at any point during the of moving. His crew which consisted of **** and ****** was highly efficient, careful, and responsible. Thank you all for making my move so easy!I highly recommend JK Moving to everyone who plans a long-distance move.

The ** crew were prompt, communicated well, and provide a pleasant experience with the initial packing and loading. I would like to provide a shout out to ***** who led the packing team and ***************** the driver who orchestrated the loading and transport team. These people come into your house and pretend to care and be a top notch company. You once they damage your house they are quick to scam you and avoid responsibility. They say they have high standards and move the white house..l this is the worst company in all of military moves 26 years. They lie beware of the facade. Dont trust them at all I told them about damage and they never annotated and then outright lied. Brand new house and they damaged my frig from packing the kitchen. They blamed it on movers that only packed my bedroom for unaccompanied baggage. So unprofessional then they deny any responsibilityReview from Emma M

Professional, kind, and helpful jk moving is responsive and makes their service easy to use. Even though we wound up not moving across state lines, the team went above and beyond to assist me and has recommended local movers. Could not recommend them more.JK Moving Services Response

I would give a -10 if I could. Low balled the bid to get the contract, came in $10k higher than estimate, demanded immediate payment or would not deliver the next day. Boxes came off truck crushed and split open because they short packed the boxes, which increased the price! The unpackers did not unpack the boxes we paid to have unpacked. They shoved boxes into any room until the room was full. We had to hire people to pull out all the boxes and sort them by room. We had to pay for someone to help unpack. There was a lot of damage because of the bad packing . Opening the Christmas decorations in December was a huge disappointment, as there was a lot of crushed and damaged ornaments. Efficient, well organized, respectful, friendly. Proactive, easy to reach, quick to respond. Accurate, fair quote, easy payment. They helped me move two households from Texas to North Carolina. I called on Friday. They came early Monday morning as promised, wrapped and loaded within just a few hours, and safely delivered and carefully unloaded Thursday morning.Review from Valerie M

Certainly had the A Team for our move. Guys did a fabulous job with everything arriving in great condition. Had one large bookcase that couldn’t go down the stairs so they levered it off the balcony! Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to work with! Exceeded our expectations.
