To Whom It may concern;I'm writing to request a full refund from High Quality Motors. My daughter's mom saw a ****** ***** online on Saturday April 2, 2022 and called in to inquire about it I was on the phone as well, the sales person Jonathan answered the Phone & told her about the car. I arrived at his dealership around 6:30. My son & I checked out the Camry, but my son didn't like it. We then checked out the 09 ****** ******* * with 116, 807 miles. We asked to test drive it & My son liked it overall. I asked Jonathan about purchasing the 09 ****** ******* * vehicle, Johnathan said I could put down $500.00 to hold it & how he only took cash deposits during Covid. I put the deposit down and minutes after Johnathan's and I transaction my daughter's mom called to ask about how the car drove & to tell me about the discrepancy of the odometer report on NHTSA and what Johnathan gave me on the ****** as well as what he had listed on his website for the odometer reading. My son spoke with Jonathan to inquire about him returning our deposit. Johnathan said the business was closed. I called him on his cell 4/3/22 because it was a Sunday and the business was closed. I spoke with Jonathan he said he was with his famiy, Called his cell 4/4 Monday &4/5 Tuesday to inquire about when I can meet with him to get my deposit back and he gave me the run around. I'm am requesting BBB assistance in receiving a full refund from High Quality Motor due to Maryland 's Odometer Clause on obtaiinga title /registration as well as NHTSA report that the odometer was moved back. .Business response
