            I purchased a vehicle from Victory Auto Group in Suffolk VA on September 30th 2023 I drove the vehicle for 4 days. The transmission is gone in the vehicle. The vehicle is still at the shop as of now. I have 12,000/12 month warranty. The dealership is not responding 2 any of my calls/txt for some time now. I'm trying 2 get outta the contract and get my money back so I can go 2 another Name car lot. My life has been a mess since I purchased the vehicle from Victory Auto Group. Lisa Horton (sale's representative) will not answer any of my calls and Richard Umphlett (owner) of Victory Auto Group will not answer my calls. I want my money back!!!! Could u , please help with this???
