          In August 2022, Yemanua, or Yemanua.com, came to the attention of BBB. It was at this time, a consumer contacted BBB with concerns about the legitimacy of the business. 

          BBB investigation found that the business website was created on October 19, 2021, and is due to expire on October 19, 2022. The business website is registered in Phoenix, Arizona and all other registry information is private. When calling the phone number listed on the website, all you get is a busy signal. The address listed on website is in no way affiliated with this business. BBB has made several attempts to contact the business, but to date, has not received a response.

          BBB has reason to believe that Yemanua, or Yemanua.com, is a fraudulent business. Consumers are urged to always check with BBB before shopping online to verify the validity of the seller. If you believe you are a victim of an internet crime, BBB also recommends filing a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov and the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov.
