I'm not sure how this company is in business. My package was initially delayed, then apparently delivered to another location days later and signed by someone other than me! My delivery address is a *** Store, which I've been using for years. The people there are familiar with me, so I found it suspicious when they supposedly delivered my package and someone signed for it at night when the *** Store is closed.Review from Christine L

Absolutely useless and rude. They keep delivering my packages to the house next door and despite photo evidence from their own driver conclusively proving this, they flat-out refuse to do anything but take the seller's money and keep delivering to the wrong address.I do not understand how this terrible operation has any customers at all. Their business practices are bad, their reviews are bad, they're literally costing sellers customers and money. I had to cancel a weekly subscription solely because they use OnTrac and OnTrac insists on delivering my package next door. I am not paying for my neighbors to get my stuff for free and you shouldn't either. A different company might seem more expensive (I dont know or care about OnTrac's pricing) but they will not be stealing from you and your customers.Any seller who uses this company is being stolen from, as they blame you for their proven irresponsibility, so you refund the customer and now you're out the price of the item and whatever you are paying OnTrac for the privilege of them stealing from you. Do not ship with this company if you value your profits!If I have any way of finding out a seller ships with this company, rest assured I WILL NOT be purchasing from them. I can't trust that I will receive my package but can trust that OnTrac will completely ignore the situation and make the seller pay for their incompetence, even despite phot evidence. Stop wasting your money and driving off your customers with these people. Stop letting ******************** ruin your business. It's not worth whatever you think you're saving.Review from Kiah C

They stole my nordstrom rack package. they claim they delivered it but i have ring cameras and they never showed up. 220$ shoes never received.Review from Michelle D

Package was shown as Delivered by OnTrac, I never received an email confirmation of delivery from the Shipper like I do with every delivery. Looked up tracking the following day to get status and saw it was delivered. There was no package at the recipients house. Checked all the cameras (6 of them) that recorded before, during, and after the supposed time of delivery. NO PERSON NOR CAR was on camera from an hour before to an hour after the supposed delivery time. It either got delivered to the wrong house, not even on this block, or the driver stole it. OnTrac did an internal investigation without even speaking to me and found nothing, of course. Item THAT WAS A GIFT is now sold out. Terrible experience. I wish more companies allowed you to choose which shipping company to use. This company and *** Mail Innovations ****. I have not received several packages from these delivery providers. Worse than porch pirates. Unbelievable! They didnt even ask for the video footage! ***** CLEAR!Review from Anna P

I have had 3 bad experiences from this company. They are lazy they leave packages on the drive way not bothering to take the package to the front door. They delivered to wrong address. *********** Nordstroms and Best Buy should use a different service to I deliver their merchandise. They are a fraud! Stated they delivered my $500 window unit AC, but it was not. Have ring proof of the time frame that no-one came to deliver. When questioning, they stated it was a glitch in their system and would be delivered within 1-2 days. Now they are stating they are unable to locate the package period. Now I am left disputing with the bank for a refund. Will never order from anywhere that ships with this carrier.Review from Gary M

On Trac has got to be the worst delivery service. My package has been delayed now for three days. The customer service is horrible. I left specific instructions in the delivery instructions and they failed to follow simple instructions. I was also told that their drivers do not carry cell phones and they will not use their personal phones for deliveries. I have never been so disappointed. I do not recommend this delivery service. If I ever find out that a merchant uses On Trac, I will not purchase from them. It is a guarantee that you will NOT receive your package.Review from Monica D

They delivered my package to a closed business on 7-7-2024 The carrier took a picture and marked it as delivered. I went to check for my package and it was not there. Their customer service is a joke and they take no responsibility for their drivers stealing our packages, or leaving them where they arent supposed to be. They need to be sued because so many ppl have had missing packages as well!Review from Tamika H

This company is a joke and I much rather give them zero stars. I always seem to experience issues with this company. It's usually due to them stating that my package was delivered and it was not. But a couple of weeks ago their delivery driver decided to park in my driveway and mistakenly left his car in reverse causing his car to roll back into my back yard, crashing into my gate causing damage to my property. The driver chased behind the car, hopped in the car after it hit a tree and another gate before stopping and drove away without notice. Just so happen my home cameras caught it on video. I have not spoken to not one person from the company yet. After reaching out to the company via email because I couldn't get anyone by phone they opened a case for me with the claims department. Since then they've done nothing to show empathy or even given a simple apology. They've just made the process difficult and frustrating. They also asked that I pay for the damages first and send them a paid invoice in order for them to pay for the damages that their delivery driver caused. Too bad we as paying customers can't choose our *********************************************. This company is one I will never choose. Please beware and stand clear of this company.
