Order #**********, placed on October 30, 2021.The order was for a Colton bed with the tall headboard and the amount paid was $3073.72, taxes and delivery fee included. First attempt at delivery on March 28, 2022, the delivery people couldn't get the bed up the stairs. They dented and scratched the walls in numerous places which I had to repair. After a call to the store, we end up putting the bed back down on the first floor and they would send another group to hoist the bed onto the deck. I emailed the design consultant about the damage to my house along with pictures. She offered no resolution other than to have the delivery driver call me and put me into an awkward confrontation with him. Second attempt at delivery on April 2, the delivery people discover numerous stains on the headboard and one of the corners is damaged. After a call to the warehouse, they decide to take the bed back to the warehouse for cleaning. A few days later, someone calls to set up a time to come and clean the bed even though the bed wasn't at my house and was back at the warehouse. I call and speak to the store manager on April 8, who also does not offer any resolution other than saying sorry and that he'll find out more information. Later in the day, he calls back and says the bed is ready for delivery again. Third attempt at delivery on April 16, the warehouse calls in the morning saying they have the bed on the truck but they would need additional people to move the bed up the stairs. So they propose to bring the bed and leave it in the garage rather than drive it back and forth between my house and the warehouse. The delivery people show up and drop the bed off in the garage and tell me that someone will call on Monday (April 18) to set up a time for delivery (the fourth attempt). It is now April 25 and no one has called and the bed is still sitting in the garage. At this point, I no longer want the bed and would just prefer a refund.
