      After checking in ***** stated he is the manager and was checking me in on 6-4. He kept telling me my rights as i had stated 6/3 as well and had a $100 deposit. He advised he wanted to use cash and my $160 I provided. He got irate video to show. He used profanity as well i put my hands up in fear. He then stated i can't check in go to the room and get my **** I did so as pic from my deposit is at 3:51 or so. He kept $220 and advise to return and wants room is inspected i can get my $220 back. I returned he provided $74 dollars and stayed that i had a late check out and had to pay for the day. I called police but they said its a civil matter and cant do anything. I was robbed of my funds for no reason. I was cursed at for mo reason. He had the video my hands are up as i fear him and as a black decent he bullied harassed and stole my money. I am hoping you can assist with getting my funds returned. He was very upset for no reason. I have video and my 14 year had to witness this bullying and i want my funds back and an apology plus he needs to be removed from his duties. I am a Diamond member and never had any issues. Please assist in his termination and if not at least my money back as i was robbed. I am also contacting the news of mo results this can not continue.

      Please accept this communication as CleanChoice Energy’s official response to Complaint ID ******** received June 10, 2022 regarding ******** ***** of **** ****** ** NW Washington, DC  *****. The complaint report states that ******** ***** contacted the Better Business Bureau about  the nature of our direct mail and requested that CleanChoice Energy place their information on our do  not contact lists. We have reviewed the details of the complaint and provide the following response. 
      After receiving this complaint, CleanChoice Energy placed ******** *****’ information on our do not  contact and do not solicit list. Since we plan some of our campaigns in advance and mail may have  already been in process, we ask ******** ***** to allow up to 90 days for this to take effect. 
      We send mail because we are serious about addressing climate change and want consumers to know  they have the option to switch to a pollution-free energy source. We thank you for your feedback on  our mailings, and we will share it with our team for future campaigns. Recipients of our mail are able to  opt out at any time by contacting our customer care team by phone, chat, or filling out a form on our  website. Our contact information is included on our mail pieces and listed under the Contact section  of our website www.cleanchoiceenergy.com.
