I took my son **** for a COVID test on 11/10/2021. In late 2022 I received a bill for $550 for the test. I confirmed with my insurer, *********** that I should pay $550. Their EOB showed two approved charges, one for $250 and one for $300. I paid $550 on 10/18/2022. In May 2023 I started receiving text messages about an unpaid bill. I called, and they said I had paid $250 but still owed $300. I sent them the proof of payment for $550, and they said I still owed $300. I sent them the EOB showing the two charges totaling $550, and confirmed with ********** that there were no other charges filed or approved. I believe Personic did not accurately update their records to reflect that I paid both charges from the 11/10 visit totaling $550, and they are now attempting to double bill me for one of the two charges. I would like them to accurately update their records to reflect that the charges have been paid, to stop contacting me requesting a double payment, and to stop threatening to send the mistaken bill to a collection agency.

Personic utilized, during the height of the pandemic (2021), a third party medical billing service to manage service volume. We have confirmed that an error on the part of the third party billing service is the cause of this issue, and this matter has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My family and I received COVID tests from personic health care (5 total). My insurance sent checks to me and I endorsed all 5 checks and took them to personic health care testing site because their customer service line could not provide a mailing address. I provided the 5 endorsed checks to the personic health testing site in March 2022. However they continued to send me harassing and threading emails, texts, and phone calls. I emailed them proof of payment in August 2022, September 2022, and again today (March 1, 2023). I have also explained the situation to personic health on the phone. I am seeking BBB assistance for personic health to stop harassing me and to clear my account and those of my family members listed below based on payment already remitted for me and my family members- *********************, ***************************, *****************************, ***********************. The endorsed checks are attached along with the emails I sent to personic health.Thank you so much for the assistance!!
