I went in August for a facial procedure (radio frequency micro needling ). She ended up burning my skin and I have discoloration all over my skin that has not gone away in four months. She is refusing to do reparative work to fix the problem nor will she refund my money. it will easily cost me hundreds if not more than $1000 to seek Laser treatments to correct what is now appearing to be permanent discoloration of my skinInitial Complaint

I had an appointment on 9/1/2022 with Eva, My app was at 5:30pm and I arrived 15 min late, I texted Eva and called her as usual so she lets me into the office (elevator needs resident card scan) and she did not pick up my call, but texted me later telling me that she had closed and left to attend a game with her daughter. My reserved appointment was for a 30min slot (5:30-6:00) and at 5:45 when I arrived no one was taking my calls or texts and she had left without even giving me a courtesy call. Then to make things worse, she was trying to charge me a 125$ late cancellation/no show fee. I reached out several times to find a solution with her and I suggested that we cancel the 1 session I was late for and render the remaining 3 sessions, but she refused to consider this solution and insisted that I pay her 125$ (which is more than her standard fee and more than the cost of my session). I drove 1hr to see her and she closed on me without even giving a courtesy call, she wouldn't refund the 4remaining sessions, and she is not trying to work a solution with me other than forcing me to pay her an extra 125$ late fee and holding the 4-remaining paid for sessions back, also she threatened to block me from all communication till I pay her the fee. I am feeling threatened to pay so I get my services rendered. I would not want to work with a business who uses extortion to get more money from their customers because they ran a few minutes late (p.s: she was almost 35-40min late once and I had to wait for her, and I did not treat her badly the way she is doing with me) I have a screenshot of all our texts and how she is refusing to work any solutions other than forcing me to pay her more to render my already paid for services. I wish to be refunded for the balance of services that she refuses to render, I paid 600$ for 8 sessions and was only granted 4 sessions.Initial Complaint

Had an appointment with this business. The owner stood me up, didn't make any attempts to reschedule only after the front desk person called. They had no power but, was able to contact all their clients except me. Later that day she called and explained what happened. I obviously understood but let her know i should have still been notified (they had my number) the appointment was rescheduled but, the day of my appointment I had a work emergency and called to reschedule, the attendant was pleasant and gave me another date for which I accepted.My appointment took place on 1/14/22, it went fine. A couple days later I noticed a $100 charge on my bank account. I immediately contacted the business and was told this was their policy for rescheduling with less than a 24 hour notice. I asked if they would reconsider giving the fact i was understanding on them not reaching back to me on time to avoid having me come to their office, again I asked a few more times thru texts but, all I got was more confrontation from this person I guess the owner of Body Sculpt Laser Center. She even accused me of rescheduling twice which was a flat out lie. I asked her to check her records and to reconsider giving me back the $100 and nothing else.This was very disappointing to say the least.During my visit on January 14, we set up a follow-up appointment for Tuesday, March 1st at 10am.I went to their office for a follow-up appointment after the procedure I got and waited for over 30 minutes. When I approached the front desk I was told nobody answered and they have not seen anyone from Body Sculpt come in. Again, I was stood up by this business? I started texting this business questioning their whereabouts but I got no response. I called their number (also shown on their website) and found out it was either disconnected or they have blocked me altogether.I am extremely upset about this. I emailed them to complain about this incident and asked for the $100 back. I have not heard back yet
