Do not work for this RoofER the roof docs in ********, they take advantage of their employees. There is no organization either, no support from upper management, HR is a complete a- hole. You get harassed and yelled at for any mistake you make. They dont give their employees raises. They make you work like a slave, you are told one role when beginning and they have you doing 3 other roles. You voice your opinion on things to upper management and it goes through one ear and out of the other. They favor certain people in the company. The work environment is very toxic and hostile. **** takes off 3 months out of a year. He leaves all his assignments for his PMs to do, while hes on Vacation having fun. There is no room for growth either. Theres been multiple new hires that come in and wont last even 3 months with the company due to the hostility. They also dont know anything about exterior remodeling. The owner ***********************, only knows how to sell and nothing about what goes on in production, all they worry about is sales. They dont appreciate their production team. They throw so many tasks on their PMs and over work them, for low pay. The owner also does not hire woman due to his hostile wife that comes into the office randomly and yells at everyone. This company needs to be investigated internally. Please do not work for this company they do not care about you. They dont appreciate anyone but upper management.
