              I placed an order on 10/03/2022, I get an email on 10/05/2022, but the email was dated 10/04/2022 saying the products were not in stock and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, of course I told them to cancel the order. The next day I get an email that the order was shipped. I sent another message telling them this order was cancelled, of course no response. I called them and told them I had cancelled this order. I have it in writing. The person on the phone acted like a robot saying the same thing over and over again, said the supervisor was not available, how convenient for them. Hung up called back to talk to someone else, they said they will have to get back to me, that's BS. This company is a fraud, after seeing the other complaints they take peoples money and think it's okay. I put in a complaint with my bank. I just want my money back. This is the first time ordering from them and the last. I will stick with my old company, don't try new companies.

              Did not ship order because "was not in stock" took 1 week to refund me. All the while still listing the item for sale. I believe that this place stole and the. Sold my credit card info because my only faud charge in 4 years came almost immediately after using this place. Negligence beyond belief.
