I had an appointment with the owner on September 16th,2022, and paid IN FULL for a hair system. We selected the color, length, and everything else. I asked if I could get it before my vacation on September 30th, 2022, and she assured me it was doable. I reached out to her the week of September 26th, 2022 about 3 times till she told me the only time she was available for me to go pick up my hair system was on September 29th, 2022 at 2:30 pm. Therefore I took time off of work to go pick it up, when I get there the length and color were completely wrong. All she did was make excuses but then assured me she would have it ready by October 9th which is when I was coming home. It is now January 18th, 2023, and have had ZERO communication from her end. I have been the one reaching out multiple times requesting a refund for the total amount of $1,700.00 that I paid, with no luck. She told me she would send me a refund twice, once at the end of December 2022 and once at the beginning of January 2023. I would really appreciate any assistance to get this solved as this has just become a terrible experience.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction July 20, 2022 Paid ***** the owner of Wear Hair for you $5,600 on my Chase credit card I ordered a human hair wig which I was told would take 4-6 weeks to come in I've attempted to reach to the owner several times, calls, emails etc and she never calls me back.I talked to the owner today and she said the hair company she ordered the wig from is back logged. It's been over 3.5 months and I don't want the wig anymore as I don't trust she will deliver the wig as promised. She refuses to refund my money. I have a mental condition, BFRB called Trichottillomania and don't have much hair on my head which is why I purchased the wig.Initial Complaint

I went for consultation at a wig store which is a room rented inside a massage therapy in Vienna VA as I have hair and scalp issues. My consultation went ok. Miss Laura W********** insisted I write her a check for $1700 so she can save credit card fee. As soon as I got home I mailed her a check and she said I will get my hair topper in a week since then my phone constantly goes in to VM as if she has blocked me. Two times I was successful getting through her using different phone numbers but both times nothing got resolved. I never got my product nor refund. Both times she got angry and hung up the phone and blocked all numbers. Not sure why she keeps blocking. I need my refund of $1700. I work very hard and I am very young to have health issues. Did not know I would get scammed like this.
