    I contacted Mr Appliance of Roanoke 8/4/22 for service via website scheduling and was called to say the appointment was wrong because they do not work weekends. They are very difficult to communicate with and have installed the part on my refrigerator, and had to buy a new one and do it again, only for the problem to continue and be even worse. I have written a google review, and am filing a complaint with BBB because the franchise owner or manager refuses to return calls and help with this program. The receptionist is rude and not helpful, and this problem has been going on for over a month now. They charged me $400 for a part that has been broken and replaced, but did not tell me that the loud noise would continue forever. I was not informed at the time of deciding to move forward with repairs. This business also does not have a location on the address listed, as we did drive there and neighbors did not know who they were. I either need a refund, or the work to completed and my refrigerator repaired to restoration prior to this nightmare. If the company does not complete the work, I will file fraudulant charges on my bank. This is unacceptable and I hope other consumer benefit from this situation. I'm happy to speak to discuss this.     I called Mr. Appliance in march,2024 they came out to look at my refrigerator. My refrigerator that wasn’t working correctly and making a warning noise, that means shutting off and on. The freezer and refrigerator wasn’t getting cold anymore. So they came out and was supposed to fix it, a week later same thing. I looked at the invoice they charged me twice for one part. The communication was horrible!! The back and forth of them calling out of work to not showing up to my home was rediculous. After finally getting a response back from the receptionist another technician was sent out and said the first technician was supposed to take the bottom door off and pull the refrigerator out because he never did, so the second technician says he will have to order three parts and not only two because the back panel was not working as well. In other words the two parts the first technician came with was already bad. Then the first technician comes back and only defrost the bottom of the freezer and not the refrigerator too. Before he left I told him it’s still frozen and he left anyway saying “if the refrigerator continues to beep or not work right call back for another appointment. That was on a Friday So I called on Monday leaving a message saying I want a full refund because the refrigerator is still not working, nobody called me back and it’s been two weeks now. I called and made a complaint at their corporate office. I want a full refund!! I have kids and lost money because I have to keep throwing food out that keeps going bad!!! We are taking a chance on getting food poisoning!! This is unacceptable and their business need to close because their ripping people off!!
