Hello , I recently was accepted by mountain oral & facial in vinton virginia area.I spoke with a representative on the phone she told me my insurance was accept to pay full coverage.The day of my appt I was checking into the location and almost prep but no one told me at front desk there was a fee after I was medicated up to be numb.A billing accountant came back to tell me I owe money I explain that I didn't have it the moment and nobody told me.So she brought me papers while numb asking me to sign and pushing me into it forcefully.I felt very uncomfortable especially due to mental health condition ..Now I'm being billed an amount that should only 122. In which now 157 it hadn't even been 30 days I only get paid every 3rd of the month and I told her I'll have be on payment plan and now there extra fees due to them forcing me into signing papers. She paid $122 and her account balance is Zero. Not sure where the $157 is coming from. There was no insurance to bill.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, ****** ******This is resolved now!! There was insurance company that they said they take but the insurance is out network please be advised to alert someone ahead of time .So there would not be any unexpected billings and forceful signing with staff.Thanks
