    My experience with the SPCA clinic has been a nightmare. I scheduled my dog’s dental appointment for the 19th. A few hours later I received another phone call to reschedule to the following week as they overbooked appointments on the 19th. Fast forward to the 18th I received an automated phone call at 5:00pm advising that I have my appointment tomorrow on the 19th for Leyla. I went into the SPCA at 8am on the 19th for drop-off to be told that Leyla’s Kennel was scheduled for today, but her dental was scheduled for the following week. I explained to them that I took off from work because of this automated call and they kept saying there was nothing they could do as it is a new system. I was told the office manager would call me as soon as she got in at 9am and would be providing me with a discount. At 2pm, I decided to call as I still hadn’t received the estimate and never received a call from the office manager as promised. When I called I reached the voicemail, and approximately 5 minutes later I received the estimate with no discount on the invoice and no call from the manager. The “office manager” finally called me back at 4pm and was very rude She stated that she will work things out on her end as far as the issues but blamed the new phone system again. I then asked her about the discount as when I looked online it states the dental cleanings are ****, and that is what it is on my estimate. She goes “yeah, it is a time for a lot of changes the website needs to be updated as well and we are going to honor the old pricing for you which you are saving ****”. I asked her wouldn’t it have been **** if I got my estimate when I had originally asked anyway? She dismissed me and said that I could shop around if I wanted and implied if I did so that they would keep my **** deposit.
