On June 12, 2023 I ordered a handmade in Ireland chess set for my son fro Sons of Vikings for **** **. They never shipped it kept my money and won’t answer the phone. They sent and erroneous tracking number that says no product was brought to the ****. This is suppose to be a gift for my son. I did put it on my credit card and canceled the card. Upon fury research found it is a scam company. What should I do now? Their address: Sons of Vikings, **** ******* ****** ************* *****Business response

Hello, this was a minuderstanding. *****l has since told us that she was mistaken when saying the tracking link was erroneous. The item was on back order and the shipment (and shipping label creation date) was actually initiated before this complaint was made. It was printed on a Saturday, went out on Monday, and delivered two days later on the 26th.

Not sure where the "scam company" research came from? We've had over 30,000 customers since starting in 2017 and definitely NOT in the business of trying to ever purposely upset a customer. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied.
*****l mentioned today (7/31/23) that she has since left a positive review for us after confirming her son received the shipment.
Can you please confirm this and remove the initial complaint that was a misunderstanding?
