I ordered an XL hoodie for my son for Christmas. It looked like a child's XL rather than an adult's. Material is cheap.
I also ordered a game which cost me a **** and did not come with directions. Only contact is email. I inquired about the exchange policy and directions. I received an email 3 days later telling me items had to be exchange within 3 days. Not impressed. Will not order from them again.

Unfair and inaccurate. We did accidentally forget to include a set of the printed instructions, but upon learning our mistake we apologized and immediately mailed her an unfolded copy in a large separate envelope. As for the quality of the hoodie, everyone is welcome to their opinion, but we receive thousands of reviews and by far most of them are 5 out of 5 stars. We did take 3 days to respond (as it is just Tina and I that run the business and we were selling at a festival that weekend and typically catch up on orders and emails within a few days at the most. As for telling her the exchange had to be done within 3 days is not true at all. Our standard guarantee is 30 days on most items and 3 days for clothing items, however we specifically told her she is welcome to mail back anything she is unhappy with for a full refund.
Below is the exact (word for word) email that was sent to her:
Hello ****,
I do not ignore emails. I answer emails every morning, except when we are out of town for a festival and the past 2 weeks we had festivals back to back. I responded to your emails as soon as I saw them and explained that they had gone into my spam folder.
I offered to email or actually send you a set of rules in the mail.
Please by all means return the hoodie and I will issue you a refund.
It is just **** and I working this business to make a living. While we strive to provide excellent customer service and products.
Sometimes an item does not live up to a customer's satisfaction. We do everything to make sure the customer is happy with the product. In your case, a missed step without including the game instructions.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
