I had Mike's Electrical Service out to look at our panel. The panel was bad and needed to be replaced. The provided a reasonable quote and scheduled the work for a few days later. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. I have some additional work that I need done and im glad I found an electrician who can take care of it all for me!

Had Mike's Electrical So LLC come to my home for services. He was to replace the overhead masthead on my home. I agreed to the services, but when he came , he said he didn't have the correct part, so he made a call and said he could get the part. I waited for his return, he climbed up and proceeded to fix the problem. After 15 or so minutes, he said he couldn't do it , because what part he had would not work. So I still had to pay him ****** then after I complained about it, he gave me ***** off his service call. I was not happy that he insinuated that her could solve the problem when he returned with the part. Well he didn't, and still charged me. I was willing to pay for the services. if this was the case he could just show up to anybody's house for a service call not do anything and make money that way. I just wanted my house fixed when he went to get a part and came back tried and did not fix it and still charge me the money that's what made me mad now I'm out ***** I just want people to know about my experience with this company.Mike's Electrical Service, LLC Response

I told you I was going to charge *** to come out just to evaluate it and if I could fix it I would. After explaining to you I would probably need to replace the meter base, I still attempted a fix, but the wiring was too short. I informed you that you would need to replace your meter base, and that the **** could be applied to the meter base replacement. You said you werent going to do it. Then you threatened me with a negative review if I charged you what we agreed to before I came out. You said you would be happy if I worked with you a little bit, so I did. Looks like that was not true.
