I had some water damage to my property and I reach out to this company for help. Mr *** ****** came to handle the situation. He was impatient with me asking questions about the procedure. I admit that I should have take that as a clue. Everything that he said he will do he did not. He is a ***** very unprofessional and rude! When I call him out on his behavior, he said he "got me" with that said, he went ahead and bill my insurance company without my knowlege or agreement. I ask him for the estimate and i am still waiting. He told me HE HAD NO BUSINESS WITH ME and he will deal only with my insurance company. Even though I HIRED HIM! On his site it said he work for his customers. In addition, he said he will pick up his equipment on Friday. Because I call him out he decided to leave the fans on longer (4 days) and threaten if I take them off he will complain to my insurance company. Save yourself the pain and get professional help. I had to put one star to submit this review. My experience with this man at such a time was horrible.
